“Fly High with the Seniors” is a signature event jointly organized by the Roxy Foundation and the Rainbow Sugar community team in Jinqiao. As part of the Roxy-LINK initiative, this project exemplifies our mission: enabling grassroots organizations to connect with their communities through accessible, reliable, and tech-enabled infrastructure.

In this event, Roxy Foundation did not organize the content itself but served as a supportive platform. We coordinated event logistics, facilitated youth speaker outreach, handled targeted family invitations, and most notably—developed a reusable digital registration system that any future partner organization under the Roxy-LINK framework can easily adopt. This infrastructure solves the common recruitment and sign-up bottlenecks for local initiatives and lays the groundwork for scalable community empowerment.

Held in mid-July 2025, the event welcomed over 40 families and more than 70 attendees. Young speakers aged 15–22, each with distinct backgrounds in fields like business, art, biomedical science, sports rehabilitation, psychology, and international education, shared stories of exploration, transformation, and purpose. These “alumni mentors” were not distant overachievers, but relatable role models offering real, reachable possibilities.

The impact was palpable. Parents expressed resonance after the event. Some of their reflections included:

“Children are like seedlings with unlimited potential—today I saw how tall they could grow.”

“Grades are the skin; real ability is the bone. A child’s growth is more than test scores—it’s about choices and action.”

“This wasn’t about conformity or compromise. These youth are forging forward, on their own terms.”

“With direction in mind, they move forward through wind and rain. With ability in hand, they can quietly await the bloom. You are incredible!”

This was not a lecture—it was a moment of mutual recognition. The young saw light ahead; the adults discovered the power of encouragement. And in between, Roxy-LINK fulfilled its role: not the spotlight, but the bridge—quietly empowering connection, and nurturing growth in every direction.

“学长学姐带你飞”: Roxy-LINK 计划下的社区对话研讨会

“学长学姐带你飞”是由Roxy基金会与金桥社区的彩虹糖读书会联合举办的一次代际分享活动，也是 Roxy-LINK（洛连计划）平台下的重要合作项目。Roxy-LINK致力于通过技术与组织支持，连接志愿机构与有需求的社区人群，这是一次成功的实践。

在本次活动中，Roxy基金会并不直接组织内容，而是作为技术与资源平台，协助合作方进行嘉宾邀约、定向招募家庭、活动流程设计，并开发并上线了一套所有合作组织未来均可使用的标准化注册与报名系统。这不仅解决了组织方常面临的招募与报名效率问题，也为后续社区赋能项目提供了稳定的数字化底座。

2025年7月20号，超过40组家庭、总计70余位家长与儿童来到现场，参与了这场温暖而深刻的分享会。我们邀请了来自艺术、商科、生物医药、运动康复、心理学、国际教育等多个方向的青年榜样，讲述他们如何在现实中摸索方向、转变路径与坚定理想。这些“学长学姐”并非遥不可及的“成功者”，而是在各自道路上真实探索过的“可能性提供者”。

现场的反馈极为热烈。多位家长在会后留下感言：

“早慧的孩子是一株株有无限可能的幼苗，今天我看到了他们未来能长多高。”

“分数是皮，能力是骨。孩子的成长，不只是考试成绩，更是选择与行动力的积累。”

“不是盲从，不是妥协，而是另一种进击。他们在生活中找到方向，在现实中扎根理想。”

“方向既定，只顾风雨兼程；能力在握，自可静待花开。你们，真棒！”

这不是一次说教，而是一场彼此照见的旅程：年幼者看到未来的光，年长者理解陪伴的力量，而平台的价值也在其中静静地生长——如一株苗床，托起社区内千百种生命向阳的姿态。
